What the site is for

The site shows my paintings. Nothing is sold on it directly: there is no basket and no online payment.

Prices and buying

Prices are available on request. An enquiry sent through the form is not an order and does not commit you to anything.

We agree the price, payment and delivery individually, by email or phone, before you pay anything.

Availability

I update the “Available” status next to each painting by hand. If a painting has been sold in the meantime, I will tell you so in my reply.

Copyright

The paintings and their photographs on this site are my property and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, published or used commercially without my permission. Sharing a link to the site is fine.

Forms

Please use the forms for what they are meant for. Messages with unlawful content and enquiries sent in bulk may be blocked.

How I handle the data from the forms, and how cookies work, is described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
